MOFFI (hereinafter referred to as “MOFFI”), a simplified joint-stock company with variable capital of €67,615, registered with the RCS of Lille Métropole under number 821 179 843, headquartered at 225 rue des Templiers in LILLE, is mainly engaged in the creation, publishing, promotion, and operation of collaborative and management solutions dedicated to the sharing of workspaces and other related or similar products and services.

MOFFI is a management and sharing solution for workspaces and parking spaces.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) are addressed to all users and are intended to define the terms for providing and using the services of the website www.moffi.io and mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “solution”), which MOFFI owns and operates.

Access to, consultation, and use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&C. The applicable T&C for any transaction on the MOFFI solution are those in force at the time of the member’s order confirmation. Therefore, users are advised to refer to the latest version of the T&C accessible at all times on the site. If users disagree with these terms, they should not use the site.

MOFFI reserves the right to deny access to the site, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any user who does not comply with these T&C.

The site is generally accessible at all times, but may be interrupted for maintenance purposes. MOFFI will attempt to notify users in advance, specifying the dates and times of the intervention.
