You have several options—your environment gives you direct access to the space listing. Just follow the steps below.
Alternatively, to reach the space listing page, click on the "Book" block or use the top navigation bar.
If you're in the schedule view, simply click on a cell
1. Filter your options to find the perfect space
MOFFI offers filters to narrow down your search. Whether you're looking for a private office, a meeting room, or a collaborative space, you can select:
- Type of space (workstation, meeting room, parking, etc.),
- Floor where you'd like to be located,
- Available services (screen, projector, etc.),
- Capacity depending on your needs.
Tip: Use your favorite spaces to find them quickly.
2. View detailed information
Once you've found your space, click on it to open a detailed page:
- Availability: Is it free when you need it?
- Included services: What equipment is available?
This gives you everything you need to make the best choice.
3. Set your booking period
Choose the date and duration of your booking:
- By the hour for quick meetings,
- Half-day for longer sessions,
- Full day if you need to stay all day.
4. Click “Book” and you’re done!
Once everything is set, confirm your reservation by clicking the Book button. You’ll find your booking in your schedule or booking history.
If something goes wrong:
If you’re having trouble booking or some spaces aren’t available, contact your MOFFI administrator. They can check your access rights and resolve the issue—and if needed, they can even book on your behalf.
