Access to spaces is determined by access rules set up by the administrator of your environment. These settings are managed by your company—MOFFI’s team does not have the ability to edit these access permissions.
If you're unable to access your company’s spaces and you see one of the following messages:
Contact your administrator
Contact them to make sure that:
- Your email address is correctly registered in MOFFI.
- You’ve been added to the appropriate groups.
- Your main building is correctly set.
- You have the necessary permissions to access the relevant spaces.
