A cancelled meeting, a schedule change, or simply the desire to free up a space? Cancelling a booking on MOFFI is a breeze. Follow the guide! 👇
1. Go to your bookings
It all starts in your MOFFI space:
- Log in via the mobile app or the website.
- Head over to the "My bookings" tab, where you’ll find a list of all your upcoming, past, or cancelled bookings.
2. Select the booking to modify
Browse through your bookings to find the one you want to cancel. Once located, click on the three little dots or the corresponding option to open the available actions menu.
3. Cancel in one click
In the options menu, click on "Cancel booking". A confirmation window will appear to prevent accidental deletion. Confirm your choice, and done! 🚀
đź’ˇ Once cancelled, the booking will disappear from your active calendar. If the space is shared, it becomes available again for your colleagues.
Ps: It’s not possible to delete multiple bookings at once via the user interface. But no worries—contact a manager or administrator in your environment. Several options are available.

Deactivate a space or desk: this shows all upcoming bookings for the selected period, allowing you to choose which ones to cancel.

Create a block on the space or desk: works the same way—you can then select the bookings you want to cancel or keep.

Deactivate or delete a member: this automatically cancels their current and upcoming bookings.
If in doubt, contact your administrator
If you encounter any issues (booking can’t be cancelled or a technical glitch), reach out to your MOFFI administrator.
