The MOFFI bookings management interface is designed to give you a clear and fast way to stay organized. Discover its main features and learn how to manage your preferences in just a few clicks.
The main interface
From your main dashboard, you can :

Check your workplace for each day.

See which favorite colleagues will be at the office.

Edit your bookings manually, if needed.
Tip: Automatic bookings are made for up to 15 rolling days.
Edit a booking
- Click on the edit icon next to the relevant day.
- Adjust the time slot with the “All day” option or choose a half-day.
- Change your work location: Office, Remote Work, or Absence.
- If you select Office, choose :

The workspace.

The desired desk, considering your favorite colleagues’ presence to find the perfect spot.

Queue system : how does it work ?
- Your typical week sets your preferred workspace. If no spot is available, you get added to a waiting list.
- As soon as a spot opens up, it’s assigned to the first person in the queue. Everyone else moves up automatically.

Your position in the queue is visible on the relevant day, handy to see if you’re likely to get a spot.
Update your preferences
Your needs change? MOFFI adapts! Access your settings via the menu at the top right of the module. You can :
- Update your typical week (remote days, office, absence).
- Add or remove favorite desks.
