The MOFFI module for Google also allows you to define your work locations – and much more.
Are work locations synced between MOFFI and Google?
Not fully. For now, syncing works one way only: from MOFFI to Google Calendar.
In other words:
- You update your work location in the MOFFI module? It will also be updated in Google Calendar. Perfect.
- You update your work location directly in Google Calendar? MOFFI won’t reflect that change.
MOFFI work locations not showing in Google Calendar?
It could be a permissions issue.
The MOFFI module for Google needs access to update your calendar. Without it, syncing won’t work.
Here’s how to reset the permissions:
- Log in to your Google calendar with a Google admin account.
- Launch the MOFFI add-on.
- Click the three dots " ... " in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click "Google Synchronization".
- Click "Delete synchronization".
- Click "Connect a super-admin account" and follow the authentication process.
- Click "Save".
Admins can also sync Google Working Locations directly from the MOFFI admin interface.
Here’s how:

Go to Admin → Company → Parameters → Integrations → Collaborative tools.

Enable Google Working Locations.

Complete the synchronization using a Google admin account.
This activates the feature for all users in the organization.
That’s it – you’re all set!
