👉 Install the Moffi extension on the Chrome Web Store

Click on Add to Chrome.
💡No need to pin the extension to your browser toolbar. It runs in the background and keeps your Moffi account in sync with your Google Calendar.
Thanks to it, you can book your spaces (desks, meeting rooms, etc.) directly from Google Calendar.
How to book a space from Google Calendar
- Create an event in your Google Calendar by selecting a time slot as usual.

Click on Select a meeting room
A Moffi chat window will automatically open.
- Select the available space that suits your needs.
- Finish by clicking on Add to meeting.
🎉 And there you go — the booking is confirmed in MOFFI and visible in your calendar!
⚠️ Please note
For now, this feature is only available from the web version of Google Calendar.
Google does not yet allow this type of interaction via its mobile app.
👉 Before using the extension, your company’s Google administrator must have synced the spaces with Google Calendar. Here’s how to do it.
