Having an issue on MOFFI?
1️⃣ Contact your administrator
If you're part of a company, your administrator (HR, Office Manager, IT...) can often solve your issue directly. Be sure to reach out to them before contacting support.
2️⃣ Use the MOFFI chat
Facing a real-time issue? Click the blue bubble at the bottom right of your MOFFI screen and ask your question in the integrated chat. This chat is connected to the knowledge base, which helps provide immediate solutions—no need to wait for support.
3️⃣ Submit a request via the Help Center
The easiest and fastest way:
👉 Go to customer.moffi.io and click "Submit a request" at the top right.
💡 Once logged in, you can also track your request history under your profile, in "My requests".
4️⃣ Email the support team
If needed, you can send a detailed email to support@moffi.io including:
✔ Your browser and device (web or mobile)
✔ The affected URL
✔ Date and time of the issue
✔ Screenshots, if possible
