💡 Quotas are a way to limit how certain resources are used (e.g. meeting room bookings). Here's a breakdown of the most common questions about how they work and how to manage them.
📊 Can I track or export quota usage per user?
Not yet.
At the moment, there’s no consolidated view or export tool to track individual usage (booked hours, remaining quota, etc.).
You can only view the quota rules configured in the interface.
🛠️ Good news: we know this is a recurring need — and it’s already on our radar for future improvements.
🔁 Are quotas re-credited when a booking is cancelled?
Yes, but it depends on who cancels and when:
- ✅ Cancelled by an admin, workspace manager or building manager: the quota is always re-credited.
- ✅ Cancelled by the user: the quota is re-credited if the cancellation is made no later than 5 minutes after the start time. After that, it is not.
⚙️ Can this behaviour be adjusted?
Yes.
You can define a specific cancellation rule in your space’s settings.
But in most cases, the default setup does the job just fine.
