How to create a Parking space on MOFFI?

A well-listed parking spot is easy to find and easy to book. Here’s how to add one to your MOFFI environment from the admin portal.

🔑 Step 1: Go to Space Management

Log in to your admin account at app.moffi.io.

In the top right tab (with your first name), click on Administration.

Then go to Resources > Space Management.

➕ Step 2: Add a New Space

In My spaces, click on + Add a space.

Enter the name of the space, for example: Parking – [Name of the parking lot].

Select the building where the parking lot is located:

• ✅ If it already exists, just select it.
• 🏗️ If not, click on + Add a building and fill in the location information and name.

ℹ️ Step 3: Configure the Parking Space

You can add extra information to help locate the parking more easily.

Click Next.

For the question What type of space are you offering?, select Parking.

Fill in the required information and click Next again.

Indicate the opening hours and, if needed, the usage rules.

🔒 Step 4: Set Access

When asked Is your space public or private?, keep the Private option selected.

Add any additional information if needed.

Click Next.

📸 Step 5: Add a Photo (Optional)

On the final page, you can customize your parking photo.

Click Save to finalize.

And that’s it, your Parking space is now ready, don’t forget to set the access rules ! 🚗
