💡 This article guides you step by step to create and synchronize your Google Calendar resources with MOFFI. 

ℹ️ What is a Google Calendar Resource?

A Google Calendar resource is a bookable item (meeting room, parking spot...) that can be added to an event to automatically block its usage during the reserved time slot. 

Steps to Sync Google Calendar with MOFFI

⚙️ 1. Use the Google Admin Account

Make sure you're signed in with the Super Administrator account of your Google Workspace domain.

🏗️ 2. Create Your Spaces in MOFFI

🗂️ 3. Create Your Resources in Google Calendar

You have two options: - Add each resource manually OR - Import a CSV file containing all your resources 👉 Official Google guide 

💡 Important: Use identical names for your spaces in MOFFI and Google Calendar to make syncing easier. 

Link Your Google Resources to Your MOFFI Spaces

📬  Retrieve the Resource Email Address

From the Google Admin Console (with your Super Admin account), go to: 

Menu Buildings and Resources > Ressources management > Ressources
Click on the desired room name, then copy the Resource Email field. 
This address will be used in MOFFI to link the resource to the corresponding space.

🔗 5. Enable Synchronization in MOFFI

Log in to your MOFFI admin account 
Go to Company > Parameters 
At the bottom, enable the Google Calendar option in the Integration tab 
Click Login and select your Super Admin account - Authorize MOFFI to access your Google domain
 

🔄 6. Finalize the Synchronization
 

Once connected, your spaces created in MOFFI will appear in the Synchronization column: 

To ensure optimal synchronization, select Read / Write for each space.

📌 7. Link Each Google Resource

In the Google Workspace Resource column, paste the email address you copied from the Google Admin Console. 

🎉 Congratulations

Your MOFFI spaces are now connected to your Google resources. Bookings are automatically synced in both directions, for smooth and hassle-free management.
