1. Submit a request via the Help Center
To get started, you’ll need to submit a request to our MOFFI team through the Help Center portal. Click the "Submit a request" button.
This button is essential to share your needs with our teams — whether it’s for technical issues, improvement suggestions, or anything else.
Complete the "Floor plan design" form
In the form that opens, select the "Floor plan design" option.
Upload your floor plans in PNG or PDF format. These documents will allow us to create a custom map tailored to your organization.
Note: Feel free to include photos of your spaces to help our team capture the vibe of your workplace. It helps us recreate a map that reflects the real look and feel of your offices.
Processing time
Once your request is submitted, the floor plan design team will get back to you within 3 to 4 days. You’ll then receive the maps adapted to your needs.
2. Integration in the admin interface
Once you receive the plans, go to the MOFFI admin interface. Head to the "Map" tab to upload your floor plans.

And there you go — you're ready to map your spaces!
