⏳ What is the commitment period?
- The contract is signed for a fixed period, generally between 3 and 12 months, starting from the service activation date.
- This duration is specified in the order form.
🔁 What happens after the initial period?
- The contract is automatically renewed for the same duration, unless otherwise specified.
- You can request termination at any time, but it will only take effect on the next contract anniversary date.
✉️ How to terminate?
- The termination request must be sent at least 3 months before the anniversary date.
- It must be submitted via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
📦 What happens after the contract ends?
💾 Data and reversibility
- You have 30 days after the contract ends to request a data export (in CSV or equivalent format).
- This request must be made in writing to MOFFI support.
🧹 Data anonymization
- If no export is requested, data is retained for 1 year for legal or archival purposes.
- After this period, it is irreversibly anonymized.
- This includes personal data, booking history, and connection logs.
🔒 Secure hosting
- Throughout this period, your data is hosted in France in a secure environment certified to ISO 27001.
